To commemorate 77th Infantry Day, Indian Army organized Veer Gatha Samaaroh, a re-enactment of the first significant military operations launched by Indian Army on 27 Oct 1947 to thwart Pakistani aggression in Jammu and Kashmir. The “Veer Gatha Samaaroh” was organized at Cariappa Ground on 27 Oct 2023, which was attended by fraternity of Indian Army including Chief of Defense Staff, General Anil Chauhan PVSM UYSM AVSM SM VSM, and many others.
